Crazy World | TAB

There are essentially three sections to this tune.

The intro is the same as the chorus and goes I – II – IV – I. In the key of D, with TAB, I suggest you play this:

Crazy World TAB, chorus.

Notice the small changes between switching chords, open strings are used to enable the switch.

The last bar is the chord riff, practice slowly at first, it is possible to go from an open D chord to the same shape above fret 12, just make sure the open D string is ringing to tie it together.

Here’s the verse.

Crazy World TAB, verse.

Apart from the Em7 having replaced the G, nothing has changed here. Let’s move on to the middle 8.

Crazy World TAB, middle 8.

The G is now a G5 but the rhythm is the same. The A chord is new (chord V). The D with various bass notes is a combination of what different instruments do on the original recording.

Play along with the original recording when you feel ready.
